How do I manage to sell for $750,000/year
A simple post about sales ethics and good business practices
Hello. My name is Jonatan. I've worked in sales for a long time, selling various products in different contexts. My sales were often successful, sometimes not. The important thing for me, at the end of the day, is that I slept well at night: I closed good deals. Honest. Useful.
Closing a good deal is simple. When you simplify the buying process for a consumer (which we all are), the seller must understand that a good deal is about meeting a need. To propose a solution for a need does not mean to oblige. Also, you have to feel comfortable asking questions, it's part of the process.
Trust is established, the understanding is good for both parties: A good deal is closed.
That's it. Repeating this process year after year often brought me $400,000-$500,000 annually, but now I have better statistics because I apply the process with more rigorous follow-up on the sales methodology. There are many types of consumers, just as there are many types of salespeople.
I've heard stories of how some salespeople can be dishonest. However, I've had the opportunity to work with companies that value their people, both in their corporate structure and their customer service policies.
So, for those starting out in sales, or those who want to refine their sales techniques, if your values and mission are to close a good deal, contact me and I'd be happy to help you on your journey!
See you soon.
